Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligible Items

We accept returns on products that:

• Were shipped by Sorevixa
• Are in their original condition
• Show no signs of use or damage
• Include the original packaging and tags
• Are accompanied by proof of purchase

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalised cushions
• Items marked as final sale
• Products with removed tags or packaging
• Items showing signs of use or damage

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at ask@sorevixa.com to initiate your return
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for our confirmation and return shipping instructions
4. Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging
5. Send the package to our designated return address

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

• We will inspect the item(s) within 2-3 business days
• You will receive an email confirming receipt and inspection results
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
• Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days

Please Note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• The refund amount will be for the product price only

Exchanges

For exchanges:

• Follow the same return process as above
• Specify in your email that you want an exchange
• Indicate the replacement item you would like
• We will confirm availability of the replacement item

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
• We will arrange return shipping at our expense
• A replacement will be sent once we receive the returned item
